Love this time of the year as I dust off the crockpot throw in seasonal veggies, turn it on and walk away! Here I made a beautiful fresh tasting fall stew. I made enough for a couple of days serving it the second day over some polenta.

High in Vitamins B6, C and D, loaded with iron and magnesium. Magnesium is known as the relaxation mineral because it can help relieve stress. The vitamins are all critical for the immune system, skincare and overall well being.



  1. Add all the ingredients into a crockpot or stock pot on the stove Add freshly ground sea salt and black pepper Let cook for 4 hours
